Originally educated as an architect, Rafi Balouzian and his son, Ari, create incredibly comfortable and timeless styles by HAND (it's true!!!) in their family owned factory in Burbank, California, from 100% vegetable-tanned Italian leathers and water-based glues. Each style is hand-cut, lasted, sewn, sculpted, polished, and inspected for topnotch Cydwoq quality. The Classic collection represents old-school Cydwoq concepts, with styles that usually offer a slightly wider fit than the shoes and boots in the Vintage collection. Like good friends, all Cydwoqs soften, stretch and conform to your individual feet with wear, resulting in years of enjoyment. People often buy one pair and then become Cydwoq addicts!! |

After all, its tongue-like flap, punctuated by a central rivet, is one of its hippest features! Styled like an oxford but without the laces—the latest!—the Legal is definitely a cool cat, channeling the nonchalance of Jean-Paul Belmondo in Breathless! Hidden elastic under the tongue makes it a cinch to slide your foot into this flat and step out with style! The combo of light and mid-tone grey leathers are "aging" and darken over time, like an ever-evolving work of art. Rubber on the outsole lets you get your swagger on without a slip or stumble.
