| Ped is a small boutique and we frequently only have a single pair of shoes in any given size.
For this reason, we ask that you please limit your order with us to a maximum value of $1500 USD. |

| Domestic Shipping |

For orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States, Ped charges a simple, UPS Ground flat-rate shipping fee of $9 for your entire order, no matter how big! We also offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping. All packages are insured and a tracking number is emailed to the email address you provide.
Shipping choices and charges will appear during the checkout process. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed after noon Pacific time will be shipped the next business day.
We're sorry but we cannot ship to post office boxes.
Since we are based in Northern California, CA sales tax of 9% will be charged only for merchandise shipped within the state of California.
Orders with original merchandise value of $500 or over require a signature when receiving. You are responsible for being available to receive your order.
Please follow the UPS or US Post tracking number that is emailed to you. UPS and US Post typically make 3 delivery attempts before a package is deemed undeliverable. If a shipment is undeliverable and returned to Ped OR if you refuse your Ped shipment, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, plus the actual cost of shipping the package to you and any return shipping charges.
Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. UPS charges a $14 Address Correction Fee for all improperly entered addresses which, if charged, will be added to your purchase. When creating your shipping label we will enter your address exactly as you enter it during checkout. |

| International Shipping |

Ped Shoes will gladly ship to you anywhere in the world. We ship internationally via US Postal Service Express Mail and charge only the quoted shipping price. Your shipment will be insured,
include a tracking number, and will typically arrive in one week. International shipping costs range between $35 and $70 usd, depending upon your merchandise, weight, cost
and international location. We will add the international shipping cost after you place your order. We will contact you via email for packages that exceed this price range.
The US Post office (www.usps.com) will email you a tracking number the day
your merchandise is shipped (typically 2 - 3 business days).
Additionally, please be aware all international customers are responsible for any applicable duties/ VAT/ additional fees their Ped Shoes
purchase may entail. Ped Shoes cannot control these fees as they are set by your government. Please inquire with your postal service
for these rates, and whether they are applicable to your order.
From the minute you place your international order, we'll be working to ensure your delivery is processed, packaged, and delivered to the shipper as quickly as possible.
For this reason, a 15% restocking fee, as well as any return shipping costs, applies to any international orders which are refused or cancelled by the customer.

Our goal is to make you happy! Just about everything we offer here at Ped can be exchanged or returned for a full refund.*
If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product, we will happily exchange
it for no additional shipping charge.* Just email us or call us with your request, and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.
Don't forget to check out our "Fit or Free" shipping guarantee: After you've received your order, if you have a problem with size, color, or anything else, we'll pay for the shipping to send you the shoe you prefer. All you'll have to pay for is the shipping to send the first pair back to us.
We're sorry, but any products that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.
Price adjustments: PED gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of your receipt date. Price adjustments are refunded in PED store credit only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 30 days from original receipt. |
