Ped is thrilled to offer the eco-friendly, ethical London based Po-Zu collection! Po-zu means "pause" in Japanese. These shoes do make you 'stop and think' about the shoes you are choosing to wear. Made in Portugal by an extended Po-Zu family, the workers are paid a fair wage and their factory provides a safe, 100% toxin-free environment by avoiding harmful glues and solvents. They contain no pesticides, bleaches or toxic dyes and are locally sourced wherever possible. Organic cotton is used in their shoes and all the leathers and suede linings are chromium-free. All the Po-Zu insoles are layered from 60% coconut husks that form to your feet with wear and 40% natural latex outsoles. You can feel good wearing Po-Zu, not only are they made well, with ethical production but they will form to your feet and will become fast friends. So get walking gal!
