Based in San Francisco, 49 Square Miles (the actual area--7 x 7 miles--of SF!) creates bags and accessories from supple Italian leathers in rich, saturated colors. The designs feature exposed hand stitching and minimal hardware, resulting in a distinctly organic and artisanal feel — a direct reflection of the San Francisco Bay area, its people and its culture!
