Cydwoq is the premier handmade shoe collection in the United States. "Old World Craftsmanship for Modern Feet". All HANDMADE by Rafi Balouzian using vegetable-tanned Italian leathers and water-based glues. Originally educated as an architect, Rafi and his son, Ari, design incredibly comfortable and timeless styles and then craft them by HAND in their California family-owned factory. The Classic Collection represents timeworn traditional shoe concepts in contemporary styling. The Cydwoq Classic collection consists of styles that provide a slightly wider fit and more casual styling than the Cydwoq Vintage line. All Cydwoqs soften, stretch and conform to your feet with wear, resulting in years of enjoyment. People often buy one pair and then become Cydwoq addicts!! Trust us when we say we are addicted to the comfort. We should know, Ped is proud to have offered Cydwoq designs for 24 years!
PED is proud be offering Fiorentini and Baker for over 20 years now. We love Deborah Baker as she designs not only the coolest Italian boots, shoes and bags but one's that will last a lifetime. Trust us on this: we've traveled the whole world looking! Fiorentini & Baker are the 100% embodiment of timeless design, long-lasting, stunning leathers and supreme quality. (My personal Fiorentini + Baker boots are over 13 years old and look better than when they were new!) With a passion for shoes even as a young girl, Deborah Baker continues to create playful and sexy beauties, with a classic and thoroughly modern twist. Fiorentini and Baker is constructed at small Italian factories, using traditional old-world shoe making techniques to handcraft styles which are effortlessly wearable and exceptionally durable. Rock on in F + B!
Made in Menorca, Spain. Homers began after the dream team of Argila with Pep Monjo closed down years ago. Today, Homers and Pep Monjo have created their own separate companies on the same island of Menorca and Ped is thrilled to offer both brands as they offer different designs. With similar integrity and small artisan shoe making philosophy, Homers continues to design and create shoes and boots in a family operated factory in Menorca by a talented team of artisan shoemakers. Local artisans, Fabio, Josep, Miguel Antonio, Antonia, Tomas and others create Homers handmade shoes, piece by piece, pair by pair. With endless attention to detail and centuries of combined Spanish shoe making skills, Homers never loses their artisan identity and Spanish flair.
We know you love your leather shoes, boots and bags as much as we love ours. After years of wearing and selling the finest leather products from around the world, we would like to share with you our favorite leather care products. We highly recommend you care for your leather goods as they will last longer if you do so. A little TLC goes a long way!
Based in Denmark, Lofina is the epitome of a family run business. The married couple Lise-Lotte and Morten Svenninggaard started Lofina after the two met going to school together to learn about shoe making at 18. After graduation, they moved to Italy and their fascination for Italy and Italian quality began. In 1996, they moved back to Denmark and began their dream, Lofina Shoes. We love the whimsical Danish styling, Italian craftsmanship, extreme quality, amazing colored and oiled, eco-friendly leathers and ultimately, their focus on comfort.
MOMA = Midnight Over My Action, is a collaboration of Gigio and Daniele Gironacci. These native Italians offer a winning creative collaboration of traditional Italian designs with unusual leathers and cool treatments. Based in the Marche hills of Italy, the styles are inspired by the vibrant nature of their environments. Combining old craftsmanship and new leather techniques, comfort reigns and MOMA styles are timeless. We are thrilled to add MOMA to our carefully curated Ped collections!
A long-time favorite here at PedShoes.com, Pep Monjo creates beautiful shoes that have vintage inspiration, yet with a modern edge. Senor Monjo was raised in a family of Spanish shoemakers and after studying design in Milano at the age of 18, Pep began working collaboratively with the most progressive shoemakers in all of Europe. In time he chose to make his own unique mark on the shoe world by creating his own lines: Argila and Pep Monjo. Hand-chosen buttery leathers? Check. Rich and lustrous suedes? Check. Comfort and longevity? Check and Check! So take a minute to "check" out his gorgeous beauties, all handmade in Pep Monjo's hometown of Menorca Spain.

Straight from the beating heart of Barcelona's highly-urban El Borne district, Vialis (pronounced vee-alis) was a Spanish secret during their first 8 years. Now, after introducing retail stores across Spain (Paris too!), Vialis has become a highly respected shoe destination for many Europeans, who seek out their comfort-first designs. Luckily for us, in 2004 Vialis made the jump "across the pond", and allowed PedShoes.com to bring their unique and beautiful handcrafted footwear to the United States! Vialis is crafted from exquisite vegetable tanned leathers. They strive to provide what modern women want most from their shoes: cutting-edge design, rich materials, craftsmanship, and of course, comfort. And it doesn't hurt when they throw in a little Catalonian style "to boot"! But don't delay, Vialis shoes are typically in limited stock because we get only one shipment each season.
