Coclico is named for the poppy flowers, coquelicots, that blanket the countryside of Brittany, the childhood home of company founder, Sandra Canselier. Following in the footsteps of three generations of shoemakers, she started Coclico in 2000 and later teamed up with designer Lisa Nading (of Lisa Nading Designs and Gentle Souls) to create footwear that achieves a wonderful harmony between style and comfort—but always with an eye to environmental responsibility. Coclico is committed to using materials and manufacturing processes that are eco-conscious. Every shoe, boot, and sandal produced is a reflection of the company's namesake, infused with feminity, playfulness, and effortless style. |

Made in Spain. Wanted: one ankle boot that works for the office, kicks it casual on weekends, and looks cutting-edge for urban outings. Mission impossible! Behold Coclico's new Kita, a beauty that does it all! Crafted from supple mocha leather, its lines are clean yet interesting, and the adjustable ankle strap threading through the front offers a functional accent. Meanwhile, the 1.75" wedge heel, sculpted from sustainable wood, is sleek and made for walking, with a bit of rubber underneath to keep your footing sure! Getting in and out of the Kita's leather-lined interior is a breeze, thanks to the angled inside zipper! This shootie's shaft hits right above the ankle bone—so sophisticated! The Kita is the complete package. Just leave it by the door because you're going to wear it every day!
